Cooperation opportunities for general education schools

The Unemployment Insurance Fund's career specialists organise workshops for pupils in grades 8-12. The aim of the workshops is to raise young people's awareness of work and education and to increase their opportunities to shape their own careers. We run workshops in general education schools, youth centres, youth fairs, camps, Unemployment Insurance Fund’s career centres and other places where young people are present.

The workshops are created based on our experiences with employers and jobseekers. We share information on labour market trends and developments, employers' expectations and recommendations for young jobseekers, study opportunities in Estonia and abroad, and more. We aim to provide practical information in an engaging and interesting format. You can find an overview of the topics we inform young people about in the career services list.

In addition to workshops, we also offer individual career counselling and information. If you would like to invite a career information specialist to carry out a workshop that introduces the labour market to students, contact our regional department. Our contacts can be found here
