Terminating payment of the unemployment insurance benefit before the end of the period

The Unemployment Insurance Fund will stop paying your unemployment insurance benefit before the end of the determined period, if

  • your registration as unemployed is terminated;
  • you do not participate in counseling without a valid reason at the time or in the manner agreed with you,
  • you refuse, without good reason, to fulfil the action plan, or refuse a suitable job offered to you;
  • you file a written application to terminate the payment of benefit;
  • you are assigned a flexible old-age pension pursuant to the State Pension Insurance Act.
